What is FURIN.

Kabukicho is the city that never sleeps. Every night countless lights come on, people gather, and then scatter again. Keeping up with that pace — and never being swept away by it — are the two things I have always wanted to hold on to. Our name, FURIN, comes from the old maxim “swift as the wind, still as the forest.” The wind: catching change first and bringing new places and experiences to the town. The forest: standing firm wherever we take root, and growing places people love for years. We want to be a company that holds both. Hospitality means being entrusted with people’s time. One drink, one dish, one word at the counter can make someone’s night a little better — and we believe that, piled up, is how the lights of this town multiply, one by one. We only set out in 2025. Together with our guests, our team and everyone we meet in this town, we will keep stirring up the next wind.
